Orders to Florida addresses typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. That includes South Florida, the Panhandle, and the Keys. Carrier delays caused by weather or holidays occasionally add time.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EDT on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Is shipping free in Florida?

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, in Florida and across the contiguous United States. Other options and rates are shown at checkout.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes. Choose Two Day Shipping at checkout and we send PO box orders with USPS. Overnight and same-day delivery are not available for PO boxes.

What if my package is late, lost, or damaged?

Every order includes shipment protection. Contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier, or reship once a claim is verified. Our Shipping & Returns page explains the reporting deadlines.
