Research Use Only Policy

1. What “Research Use Only” Means

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on the Site should be read as a claim that they are safe or effective for any use in a living organism.

2. Permitted Uses

Examples of uses consistent with this policy include:

• cell culture and other in vitro studies;
• biochemical, binding, and enzymatic assays;
• analytical method development, and use as a reference material; and
• educational laboratory work under qualified supervision.

In every case, use must take place in an appropriate laboratory setting, in compliance with applicable law and your institution’s safety requirements.

3. Prohibited Uses

Our products must not be:

• ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the skin, or otherwise administered to any human, by any route;
• administered to any animal, including pets and livestock;
• used in or as a food, beverage, dietary supplement, drug, cosmetic, or compounded preparation;
• used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes of any kind;
• repackaged, relabeled, or marketed for any of the uses above; or
• sold, given, or supplied to anyone who intends any of the uses above.

4. Who May Purchase

We sell only to buyers who are at least 21 years of age and who are qualified researchers, or who purchase on behalf of academic, government, commercial, or independent research laboratories. Products must be handled by personnel trained in safe laboratory practice.

We may ask any buyer, at any time, to confirm their affiliation, business details, or the nature of their research before accepting or shipping an order.

5. Your Confirmation

Before entering the Site, you confirm that you meet the age requirement, that you are a qualified researcher, and that you will use products only for in vitro or laboratory research. Your confirmation is remembered in a cookie on your device for 30 days, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Each time you place an order, you reaffirm these statements and the representations in our Terms of Service. Providing false information is a material breach of the Terms, and you are solely responsible for any consequences of misuse.

6. Handling, Storage, and Disposal

Research compounds may be hazardous, and their properties may not be fully characterized. Store products as described on the product page, and handle them using appropriate personal protective equipment in a clean laboratory environment.

Follow your institution’s chemical hygiene plan and all applicable laws for storage, transport, and disposal. Keep products out of reach of anyone not authorized to handle them.

7. What Our Team Can and Cannot Discuss

We are glad to help with orders, shipping, payment, product identity, documentation, and storage conditions.

We will not provide — and ask that you do not request — information on dosing, administration, reconstitution for personal use, “stacking” or cycling, expected effects, or any protocol involving humans or animals. We do not give medical advice.

8. Our Right to Refuse and Cancel

We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order, and suspend or permanently close any account, if we reasonably believe that products may be used contrary to this policy. Examples include:

• messages, order notes, or reviews that refer to personal use, dosing, injections, body weight, or health goals;
• false or inconsistent eligibility information, or a refusal to provide credentials we request;
• order patterns suggesting resale for human consumption; and
• public statements by the buyer promoting our products for human or animal use.

Where we cancel a paid order before it ships, we refund the amount paid for it. We may retain records of the order and the reasons for cancellation, and may disclose them where required by law.

9. Resale and Distribution

Products may not be resold or distributed without our prior written authorization. Any authorized distributor must sell only to eligible researchers, keep all research-use-only labeling intact, and impose restrictions at least as strict as this policy on its own customers.

10. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of our products being marketed, sold, or used for human or animal use, please tell us at support@onelabpeptides.com. We review every report and may cancel orders or close accounts as a result.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time, effective when posted. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If this policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, the stricter restriction applies.
