Terms of Service
The agreement between you and OneLab Peptides when you use onelabpeptides.com or buy from us. Please read it carefully — it includes a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver.
Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 16, 2026
The short version
- You must be at least 21 and buying as a qualified researcher.
- Every product is for in vitro laboratory research only — never for human or animal use. See our Research Use Only Policy.
- Any discussion of human or animal dosing ends your account permanently.
- Returns aren’t accepted; delivery problems are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.
- Disputes go to individual arbitration, not court or class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days.
This summary is for convenience only. The full text below is what applies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of onelabpeptides.com and any related pages, accounts, and communications (together, the “Site”), and every purchase you make from OneLab Peptides (“OneLab Peptides”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By entering the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy our products.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
2. Eligibility
The Site and our products are available only to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and legitimate scientific, academic, and commercial research organizations. To purchase, you must:
- be at least 21 years of age;
- be purchasing for lawful in vitro research, personally or on behalf of a research organization;
- ensure the products will be handled only by personnel trained in safe laboratory practice;
- be located in the United States, where purchasing and possessing the products is lawful; and
- not have been previously suspended or banned from the Site.
We decide, at our sole discretion, whether to approve an account or accept an order. We may ask you to verify your credentials — for example an institutional affiliation, business details, or a description of your research — at any time, including before an order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, or close any account, if you do not provide that information or we are not satisfied with it.
3. Products and Intended Use
All products sold by OneLab Peptides are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and must never be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or administered to any person or animal by any route.
Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use, or to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
We make no medical or health claims about any product. Product names, chemical identifiers, specifications, images, and references on the Site help researchers identify materials. They do not describe any effect, benefit, or use in humans or animals. Images, including vial illustrations, may be representative.
By purchasing, you acknowledge these limits and agree to comply with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, use, and disposal of the products. Our Research Use Only Policy sets out in more detail what is and is not permitted, and forms part of these Terms.
4. Account Registration
You may need an account to place orders or view order history. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@onelabpeptides.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts are personal to the individual or organization that opened them and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation email means we received your order — not that we accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may limit quantities, and may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, failure to meet eligibility requirements, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and you are charged the price shown when your order is placed. Prices may change at any time without notice. Promotional codes and quantity discounts are subject to the terms shown with them, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
You must pay using a payment method we offer at checkout. For app and bank payments such as Cash App, your order is placed on hold and its items reserved, and it is not processed or shipped until we receive payment in full. Include your order number in the payment note. Unpaid orders are cancelled after the period shown with your payment instructions, and the items released. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your order and any fees your bank or payment provider charges.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States. We may decline to ship to any address or jurisdiction where we believe sale or delivery of a product is restricted.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains our shipping options and the shipment protection we provide for lost, damaged, and stolen packages, including reporting deadlines and the proof required.
Local delivery and pickup
Where we offer same-day delivery by our own staff or pickup by appointment, the order must be paid in full online before handoff, and the person receiving it must be at least 21 years of age and present valid government-issued photo ID. We may decline to hand over an order if these requirements are not met, or if we reasonably believe the products may be used contrary to these Terms. For these orders, title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to you or your recipient. Pickup addresses are shared only with confirmed orders and may not be published or passed on.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are research materials whose storage and handling cannot be verified once they leave our control, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or misuse.
Packages lost or damaged in transit, stolen after delivery, or affected by a verified fulfillment error are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which requires photo and video documentation for damage claims. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored or handled improperly after delivery are not eligible for replacement, and we are not responsible for their condition.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at support@onelabpeptides.com before disputing a payment. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the OneLab Peptides name and hexagon mark, photographs, product illustrations, page designs, documentation, and software — are owned by or licensed to OneLab Peptides and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site and download product documentation for your own research records. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our name or marks, without our prior written permission.
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and display it in connection with the Site. Content must relate only to research use, ordering, and service; we remove any content that describes human or animal use, effects, or dosing, or that makes health claims.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose;
- misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, or researcher status, or order for someone who is not eligible;
- use, or allow anyone to use, any product in or on a human or animal, or for anything other than lawful in vitro research;
- ask for, share, or post information about human or animal dosing, administration, “stacking”, or cycling in connection with our products — including in reviews, support messages, or social media that mention us;
- describe, market, or label our products as suitable for human or animal consumption or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purpose;
- resell or distribute our products without our written authorization, or as otherwise permitted by the Research Use Only Policy;
- interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers;
- scrape, harvest, or copy Site content or data by automated means; or
- engage in fraud, including fraudulent payment disputes.
Any violation of this section — in particular any discussion or practice of human or animal dosing — results in immediate cancellation of open orders and permanent termination of your account.
Our support team helps with orders, shipping, payments, and product documentation only. Staff are not permitted to give medical advice or any guidance on dosing, administration, or protocols involving humans or animals, and a request for it is treated as a violation of this section.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site, and cancel any unshipped orders, at our sole discretion and without notice, including if you violate these Terms, if we suspect misuse of our products, if you fail to provide credentials we request, or if your conduct is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Where we cancel a paid, unshipped order, we refund the amount paid for it.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intended use, assumption of risk, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive.
11. Assumption of Risk
Research compounds may be hazardous, and their properties may not be fully characterized. You expressly acknowledge and accept sole responsibility for all risks arising from the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of our products once they are delivered to the carrier, including risks from improper storage or handling, contamination, degradation, misuse, and any application of a product to a human or animal.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that products are suitable for any particular research application, that their composition remains stable after delivery, that information on the Site is complete or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
Where we provide a certificate of analysis (“COA”) or other test data, it reports results for a specific lot at the time of testing, by the method stated. It is not a warranty of fitness for any purpose. See our Disclaimer for more. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Manufacturing, Testing, and Fulfillment Partners
Our products may be manufactured, tested, packaged, stored, or shipped by independent third parties, including contract manufacturers, analytical laboratories, and our logistics partner. Those parties are not our agents or employees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for manufacturing defects, contamination, labeling errors, variations in purity or composition, or supplier or carrier delays attributable to third parties, beyond the remedies described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OneLab Peptides AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH ARISING FROM USE OF A PRODUCT CONTRARY TO THESE TERMS, AND ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR RESEARCH RESULTS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY.
These limitations do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneLab Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your use or misuse of any product, including any use in or on a human or animal;
- personal injury, death, or property damage connected with your handling or use of a product;
- any statement, advertising, or marketing content you make or publish about our products;
- any resale or distribution of products by you;
- your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy; and
- your violation of any law or regulation, or any regulatory action resulting from your conduct.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration rather than in court, and waives your right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You can opt out as explained below.
Informal resolution first
Before starting arbitration or a court action, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the dispute, your contact details, and the relief you want to support@onelabpeptides.com (or we will write to the email on your account). If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may begin arbitration.
Binding individual arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. Hearings may be held by video, telephone, or written submissions, or in person in the county of your billing address. AAA fees are allocated under the AAA’s rules.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and may seek an injunction in court to stop misuse of intellectual property or use of products in breach of these Terms.
Class action and jury trial waiver
YOU AND OneLab Peptides AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be severed and heard in court, and this section still applies to all other claims.
30-day right to opt out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, by email to support@onelabpeptides.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”, or by mail to the address in the Contact section. Include your name, the email address on your account or order, and a clear statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site or any order placed after changes are posted means you accept them. Changes to the arbitration section will not apply to a dispute we had notice of before the change.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, or severed if that is not possible, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
20. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of OneLab Peptides.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Research Use Only Policy, and Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter, and replace all prior communications and understandings. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings and the summary at the top of this page are for convenience only.
22. Information You Provide
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share the information you give us, including order, account, and verification details.
You agree that we may retain records of your orders, account, and eligibility confirmations, and that we may disclose them to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, or carriers where we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or that it is necessary to investigate fraud or misuse of our products.
