Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 16, 2026
The short version
- We collect what we need to verify eligibility, fulfill orders, and support you.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
This summary is for convenience only. The full text below is what applies.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, and account login.
- Order details — billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, order history, and any notes you add.
- Payment details — for manual payment methods, the payer name, handle, or reference you use so we can match your payment. If you pay by card, card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Eligibility confirmations — your confirmation of age and researcher status, the type of researcher you select, and any credentials we request.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or through the Site, and newsletter sign-ups.
- Local delivery and pickup — for same-day deliveries and appointment pickups, your delivery address or pickup time, and a visual check of your government-issued photo ID to confirm your name and age. We do not keep a copy of your ID.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our servers and software record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We also use cookies, described in section 5.
Information from others
We may receive information from payment providers (such as payment confirmation), carriers and our fulfillment partner (such as delivery status), and fraud-prevention sources.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- process, fulfill, and ship orders, and send order and shipping updates;
- create and manage your account;
- confirm eligibility and enforce our Terms of Service and Research Use Only Policy;
- respond to support requests and shipment protection claims;
- send newsletters and promotions, where you have signed up (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of our products; and
- comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run the business under confidentiality obligations, including website hosting, fulfillment and warehousing, shipping carriers, payment processing, and email delivery. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order; to respond to a government or regulatory request; or to investigate or prevent fraud or suspected misuse of our products.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypting data in transit with TLS (HTTPS), limiting access to staff and providers who need it, and keeping software up to date.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to make the Site work, and do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The main cookies we set are:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| onelab_verified | Remembers that you completed researcher verification | 30 days |
| onelab_researcher | Stores the researcher type you selected | 30 days |
| woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* | Keep the contents of your cart and your checkout session | Session, up to 2 days |
| wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* | Keep you signed in to your account | Session, or up to 14 days if you choose “Remember me” |
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts are requested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site — including verification, the cart, and checkout — will not work without them.
Browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently defined, and the Site does not respond to them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of; we will honor it if that changes.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. Order, payment, and eligibility records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and legal obligations require, and to handle claims and disputes. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account, subject to those obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your Rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and give you access to it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information;
- give you a copy of your information in a portable format; and
- stop sending you marketing emails.
To make a request, email support@onelabpeptides.com. We will verify your identity, usually by matching the email address on your account or order, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. We may keep information we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, we will still send transactional messages about your orders and account.
8. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and several other states have specific rights under state privacy laws, including the rights described in section 7, the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and disclose, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated in section 3, we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
In the past 12 months we have collected, and disclosed for business purposes to the service providers described in section 3, the following categories: identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet and device activity; and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
9. Age Restriction and Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended only for adults aged 21 and over, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites and services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. The Site is operated in the United States, and information is stored and processed there.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make material changes to how we use or share personal information, we will give notice on the Site or by email before they take effect.
